Websites for caterers

Website design for caterers.

A catering website built around the enquiry. Clients see what you serve, a guide to what it costs and how to book, then send the date, guest numbers and venue in one form. Fixed prices from £200.

What catering clients look for before they enquire.

I run a catering business in the Midlands and have delivered over 300 events, from weddings to corporate lunches. These are the three things clients ask me for first.

A page for private events

Corporate, wedding and party catering set out clearly, with the styles of service you offer and the numbers you can cater for.

A quote form with the details you need

Date, guest numbers, venue and budget come in with the first message. You spend less time on emails asking for the basics.

A pricing pack to send with every quote

The Corporate Pack is a branded PDF with per-head packages, minimum spend, what is included and dietary information.

Which package do most caterers choose?

The Bookings Website at £600, because it includes the private events page, the quote form and the Corporate Pack. Smaller caterers often start with the One-Page Site at £200.
