Who we are. Pitch to Private is run by Nick, a Midlands street food trader. Contact: hello@pitchtoprivate.com. These terms apply to website packages and the Website Care Plan.
How a project starts. Every project starts with a 15-minute call, followed by a written fixed quote showing the price and timeline. Work starts once the quote is accepted and payment has been received.
Payment. Website packages are paid in full before work starts. Payment is by card or Apple Pay, using a secure Stripe payment link sent after the call and quote. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
One-Page Site, £200. One scrolling page on your own domain, with your menu, photos, events diary or opening times, and an enquiry form sent to your email. Two rounds of changes. Live in about 5 working days.
Business Website, £400. Up to 5 pages, Google Business Profile set up, sitemap submitted to Google, and an enquiry form sent to your email. Two rounds of changes. Live in about 2 weeks.
Bookings Website, £600. Everything in the Business Website, plus a private events page, a quote request form and the Corporate Pack. Two rounds of changes. Live in about 3 weeks.
Turnaround times. The times above are estimates. They depend on you supplying your content, such as logo, menu, prices and photos, and replying to requests for approval. You approve every page before it goes live.
Support after launch. Every package includes 30 days of support after your site goes live. If anything is not working as agreed, it is fixed at no cost. New pages, or changes to what you signed off, are quoted first.
Domain and hosting. Your site is hosted in your own Netlify account and your domain is registered in your own name. You pay the domain registrar directly. The site and its content are yours.
Website Care Plan. £15 a month, paid by subscription through Stripe. It includes hosting support, a monthly check that your forms and pages work, and up to 1 hour of small edits a month, such as new prices, dates or photos. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. Anything beyond the allowance is quoted before work starts.
Founding offer. For the first 5 clients, the Care Plan is free for 6 months, with 30 minutes of free edits a month for those 6 months. After 6 months the Care Plan continues at £15 a month, with up to 1 hour of small edits a month, unless you cancel.
Cancelling the Care Plan. You can cancel any time using the Manage your subscription link, or by emailing hello@pitchtoprivate.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Because your site is hosted in your own Netlify account and your domain is registered in your own name, the site stays yours and stays online. There is no exit fee. Edits after cancellation are quoted separately.
Failed payments. If a Care Plan payment fails, Stripe will email you and retry. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled.
