Who we are. Pitch to Private is run by Nick, a Midlands street food trader. Contact: hello@pitchtoprivate.com.
What we collect. Your name, email and region when you sign up for the free Top 5, join the founding list or subscribe to The Trader Brief. When paid plans open, payment details will be handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Event reviews you submit, and details you send through our enquiry forms.
Why. To send the emails you asked for, run your subscription, and share anonymised event reviews with members. Our lawful basis is your consent for marketing emails and contract for paid subscriptions.
Overflow enquiries. We only pass a client's details to a member once that client has agreed.
Who we share with. Our website host (Netlify), email provider (Mailchimp) and payment provider (Stripe), only as needed to run the service. We never sell your data.
How long. Until you unsubscribe or cancel, then up to 12 months for our records, or longer where the law requires it.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@pitchtoprivate.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
